2014 Goals

Did you know that only 8%  of people reach their New Year's Resolutions? 75% of people make it through the first week, 64% make it through the first month,  46% make it through 6 months, but only 8% of people made their New Year's Resolutions through the end of the year. People said if they just had more determination or will- power they could have reached their goals. Those who have a plan are more likely to reach their goals than those who have no plan at all.

Which brings me to the point of this blog.  I have narrowed my goals down to two categories: music and fitness. I am determined to reach as many of my goals as possible. My plan is to use this blog to keep me accountable!
